I’m James Jeffrey
I’m a Cork-based digital creator, marketeer, Educator & Social Media Enthusiast.
Where do I begin with a blog about me and what I do? I guess where my love for marketing started. I graduated with a bachelor of business and marketing from CIT in 2016.
After graduating I was employed by The Emporium Company as Digital Marketing & Community Manager. The Emporium Company consists of a chain of bars & restaurants around Cork, including TradeHouse Central, Ballincollig. The Castle Glanmire. JJ Coppinger’s in Midleton & Mabel Lane, Carrigaline..
It is with The Emporium Company that my love and passion for both marketing and content creation grew. I was given so much freedom within the role to express my creativity and work on some brilliant campaigns. This role has really helped me grow as a marketeer and understand what is needed to implement successful strategies & campaigns. I am delighted to be still working with the group and managing their Social Media, Content & Marketing on a daily basis.
In 2020 I started jamesjmedia as a freelance business. I wanted to use this platform to build my own personal brand and showcase my content & creative style which would hopefully afford me the opportunity to work with other brands. This has further lit my love for not only marketing but photography & videography too. Since starting I have had the pleasure of creating content and working on producing professional videos & photos for businesses and institutes such as Munster Technological University, Fota Island Resort, Jagermeister, Live At The Marquee, Keith Barry, Mahon Point Shopping Centre & many more.

I have even had a viral hit or two with one of my BTS tutorials getting 51 thousand views.
